A hundred places a year.
You apply yourself, your university recommends you
You start with an online form. Your application then goes to your academic tutor for a recommendation, and a group session comes after that. If you get through, you spend a year on a real company challenge.

What the programme gives you
A year that reads differently on a CV than another student society.
A project for a real company
Not a textbook case. You work on a partner’s data, and your recommendation reaches the people who make decisions.
A mentor from business
The team is led by a manager from the partner company. You learn how this industry actually works, from someone who does it daily.
Training during the edition
Workshops run by practitioners: project management, data analysis, presenting results to a board.
A certificate and contacts
You finish with a certificate an employer can verify on this site, and knowing people from 78 partner companies.
How to get in
Four stages. The first depends only on you, the second on your university.
Recruitment for the 10th editionRecruitment for the anniversary 10th edition of Top Young 100 opens in January 2027. Follow our social media.
Stage 1
Online form
You fill in a form describing what you have achieved and arguing why this chance should go to you.
Stage 2
Recommendation
Your application goes automatically to the academic tutor at your university and through the recommendation process.
Stage 3
Group session
Once the recommendation is positive you are invited to an online group session, where you solve a first business challenge alongside other candidates.
Stage 4
A year in the programme
…and off you go. You join 99 students from across Poland and spend a year developing at full speed: leading companies, a mentor, training and conferences.
Is this you?
Four sentences about attitude. None of them is a formal condition — those are below.
- Challenges do not scare you and you want experience on real cases.
- You know that investing in yourself is the best investment there is.
- You like teamwork and want to meet peers from across the country.
- You leave less to chance and build your career deliberately.
Who can apply
The formal conditions. We check these at the door, before any recommendation.
- You hold student status at the time of recruitment.
- You study a subject related to one of these areas: supply chain and logistics, analytics and economics, business and management, new technologies and IT.
- You stand out through activity beyond your coursework: student societies and organisations, conferences, first professional experience.
- Your English is at least upper-intermediate.
A participant’s voice
„From the beginning of the 5th edition of Top Young 100, I felt that I was in the right place. I feel that my active participation in challenges, training and mentoring will improve my competences, and I will create my professional career with greater confidence and knowledge.”
Questions from students
Can I apply on my own, without my university?
You apply yourself, through the online form. It goes no further without a recommendation from your academic tutor, so your university has to be in the programme — if it is not on the list, mention the programme at your careers office. Universities join the network every edition.
Which year of study can apply?
The condition is student status at the time of recruitment, usually from the third year onwards. The full list of conditions is above, under “Who can apply”.
Do participants pay?
No. Participation is free — the programme is funded by partner companies.
How long does it take?
A year, following the edition calendar. Team work is mostly remote, with a few in-person meetings along the way.
Does the programme guarantee a job?
It does not guarantee one, but it puts you in front of companies that are hiring. Partner job offers are available to participants and alumni after signing in.
